From very early in the TMS treatment, patients is coached about the basic wellness factors on a regular basis, which includes

  1. attention on sleep wake cycle; 2) daily exercise routines; 3) guidance on healthy diet, food supplements and hydration; 4) stress reduction shift towards positive mindset and 5) social connectedness.
  2. As patient’s mood improves in first couple of weeks, patient is encouraged to set up short-term goals for next 3-6 months. As per principals of ‘behavior activation therapy’ patient is encouraged to engage in activities and daily routines likely to enhance their positive feeling and in due course of time move toward work related goals.
